Visit our Regent Centre clinic on Friday the 1st November 2019 to get your flu vaccination.
The drop-in clinic is open from 08:30 to 12:30; where our Primary Care Lead Nurse will administer the quadrivalent influenza vaccine by injection which is designed to protect against four different flu viruses; two subtypes of influenza A viruses and two subtypes of influenza B viruses.
The flu vaccination is given as an injection in the upper arm, costing £11.80 which will be paid on the day at the Newcastle Premier Health reception desk.
Please note, the flu vaccination can cause side effects, such as mild flu symptoms, but it is an inactive vaccine and will not cause flu itself. The injection can cause redness, pain, and swelling.
