We are recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to work as part of the Newcastle Premier Health (NPH) team, providing a range of occupational services to key clients. This role is critical to the success of our business, providing the principal point of contact for our corporate clients. Working as part of a small, flexible team, the Occupational Health Adviser is responsible for the development and delivery of our absence management service including undertaking consultations, compiling reports, making recommendations to clients and developing less experienced members of the NPH team. The undertaking of health surveillance will also be required depending on client needs. The successful candidate will have a Clinical Qualification and three or more years of experience working to agreed service levels within an Occupational Health setting – as well as being IT literate with excellent face to face and written communication skills and committed to the highest standards of professional practice.
