The role of Business Support Administrator underpins our business and is vital to the growth and development of the company. The Business Administration team supports our clients and healthcare professionals by booking appointments, managing reception, handling confidential information, answering enquiries and processing reports.
If you enjoy working in a small, dynamic team and have the ability to provide exceptional customer service, to constantly juggle priorities and to communicate effectively face to face, by phone and by email, then this might be the job for you.
You will need experience working in a busy customer focused environment, strong administrative and IT skills and GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English and at least one other subject. It would be desirable to have some past experience of working with booking systems and/or in a healthcare environment.
*We are recruiting for 1 Part Time position (24 hours per week) to cover all clinic opening hours (clinic is open between 8.00 – 20.30 and Saturday mornings). Candidates are required to be flexible to work different shifts across these hours and also have availability to cover holiday and other absence when required.
